Okay;
There have been a few of you who have been bringing things, questions, suggestions and other interesting stuff to keep us all trying new repairs or just taking notice of your progress.
But, the other 100 or so in the Group have been sitting on the side lines and not taking part. We, all of us, would like to know how your Honda 600 is doing. If your car is resting on its less than full tires, then it is time to pump you Honda 600 owners UP. We want to see your Honda 600 on the road to good health, a wonderful shine and cool air rushing between it's dual cylinder fins.
Yes, I know I shouldn't talk, with currently two that are not up to speed, but I have another that is doing great. If your Honda 600 has been waiting for the right moment to start running again, now is the time. New parts will never get any cheaper, but we are unearthing some really great used ones that are going for a song.
So chime on in and toot your horn!!!
Bill
Up Date on the Groups
Re: Up Date on the Groups
Hello Everybody.
Bill is right. I am one of the guilty ones about participating.
I currently have five Sedans. They are all for sale. I also have a lot of parts, mainly Sedan stuff, for sale. New circumstances are forcing me to clean house. Only one of the cars is driveable.
I would like to sell everything I have for $3000. I am willing to separate though.
If any one is interested they can e-mail me at dwieberg01@...
Thanks!
Greg

Re: Up Date on the Groups
I guess i'm one of the ones sitting on the sidelines and not working
on my 72 Z600 Coupe. Just got so many toys to work on and havnt
had time for the Z600 yet. Maybe after I finnish stuffing a 472
cube Caddy engine in my 77 Monte Carlo, A head gasket on my wife's
92 Grand Am AND finish building My Porsche powered Trike I will
start working on the little Honda. If my Z600 had compression then
I would be in a bigger hurry to get it goin cause it would'nt need as
much work for it to run. Any one thought about doing a swap like a
Honda 750cc or bigger Bike engine in one of these Mini Honda's? I
dont think it will work but sure would be cool.

Re: Up Date on the Groups
Any one thought about doing a swap like a
the car. He spent a long time making a fully enclosed chain drive
coming off the motor, and the exhaust went forward out the car before
going underneath. He said it was fast, though. He could only park
it in flat areas because there was no reverse, but...

Re: Up Date on the Groups
I've seen pictures of 1500cc four-bangers (Toyota or Datsun?) and Mazda rotary swaps - at least then you get reverse . . .
