Meltdown!!!!!! Watchout!!!

Those things are iffy at best, I have seen a couple of them melt
before. It was a great idea but just needs a different material.

The OEM lower tension rollers hold up pretty well, I still use used
ones which still show signs of teeth, they are hard as a rock but
correct diameter. Some of the last OEM rollers that were sold by
Honda were assembled backwards - the bracket was welded together
inside out! Maybe that's your problem?
The dreaded O-Rings are located on the 2 back studs. They only apply
to the early sedans where there is a cutout on the cylinder base for
the oring.

someone wanted to see one, someone asked a month or so ago. My user

This car only has about 300 miles since total rebuild. There has to
be a solution to get this repaired correctly.
