AN600 - Have to sell

Before I put my 1972 AN600 on the market I wanted to check with everyone on the forum to see if anyone is interested.
The body is clean (no dents or rust)
Engine runs (have new starter still in the box as spare)
New brakes
Good tires (need to clean rims - which are original with original hub caps)
Electrical has been completely reworked and only needs stator(?) on the engine
Front grill is intact - including the emblem
All light covers, except 1, are intact
All windows are intact
Back seat is in good shape (fronts need work).
Transmission in excellent shape (including reverse because previous owner could
never figure out how to get it into reverse).
Just over 26,000 miles (was connected when I got it, so assume it was never disconnected)
I have both Chiltons Repair & Tune-up Guide and the Manufactor's Manual
Title is clean and registered non-op in California (plates stay with me)
I live in Volcano, California (57 miles SE of Sacramento - just above Jackson).
Buyer must arrange for pick-up and anyone offering $900.00 or more can also have
my 1985 Honda Civic Station Wagon if they want it (needs ignition module-- top end was rebuilt 2 years ago, new tires, 200watt sound system, stereo, cd player, 5 speed manual with good tranny).
Why am I selling?  As much as I would like to finish the AN600 we are in the middle of remodeling and landscaping and need the extra money to finish several projects that my wife says "comes first".  Since it will take a couple of years to finish everything I don't want to see the little guy waste away and want him to go to a good home.  I will surely miss the expressions on people's faces when a 6'2" guy gets out of such a little thing.

I'll dust it off and take some pictures.
It is all in one piece and was running, via battery power, when I parked it.
The color is red.
