cant find the valve filter screen on my 600 coupe

where is the valve filter screen located at on my 72 600 coupe. i look
around the carb cant seem to find it.

if you are looking for the fuel filter its under the back seat

Are you talking about the screen that pushes onto the underside of the needle valve seat, inside of the carb? If so you would have to pull the carb off the engine, remove the float bowl, float and needle valve. Then remove the brass needle valve seat.
