I'm looking for a decent timing chain wheel, or atleast a good picture
of one. I know someone who might be able to fab us new ones.

I've made two of these out of boat trailer rollers on a lathe and glueing them to the cleaned off roller hub with heated brake glue in a special enclosier [so direct radiant heat is'nt on the rubber--and yes the rubber didn't burn or melt]  inside a oven at 400 degrees and has run for two years 8000 miles. these photos and measurement are from Miles....hope this helps
