Can you replace a 5/8 wheel cylinder with a 11/16.? The whole thing. I
think I know the answer but want it from one of you experts. thanks.

If you have a coupe with 5/8" wheel cyls then yes. If you have a sedan
with 5/8" then No unless you replace the backing plates and all the
parts inside also.
