Fuel Pump

Post by kevin.gailey »

Hey everyone, I checked archives but couldn't find these exact topics. Maybe I didn't look well enough.
I was told the fuel pump was bad in the car I bought, equivalent part or can I buy original?
Also, drained oil but very little drained out, is there just one oil plug. I read these cars used the same oil for trans and engine. Checked dip stick and it read full, weird huh, do I make any sense? Car sat for ten years under tarp, drained gas and will clean tank.
Brake pads, wheel cylinder kits, spark plugs, oil filter, available anywhere?
Thanks for your patients, I do have a parts car as well, but it has been sitting for 25 years in the elements.

Kevin,
oil filter here
or your local Honda dealer - get part # from auction pic.  Should be about $12 from Honda.  They will have to order it for you.
maybe there was only a tiny bit of oil left to drain!  There is only one drain.
Coupe fuel filter here
or from Mike OConnor .  Spark plugs from Mike as well
get your manuals from my site:
www.honda600coupe.com
Best of luck,
Steve
