You folks really need to read the books available from Honda. Section 17 of the Sedan shop manual pages 17-19 through 17-30 covers the electrical components you are asking about. If it seems over whelming after reading up then a good auto electric shop should be your next direction. But, ask the question - "Do you know what a Honda 600 car is?" don't put yourself into the situation of letting a well intentioned mechanic learn on your car. Then your paying some one to learn, and they should know what they are doing from the start. So, do some home work, search the shops or find someone who has owned a Honda 600 in the past and has use a shop in the area.
What ever you do, don' t try and talk some one into doing the job, if they say "I don't know...." leave it at that and look for another shop.
