Hi Dave,
   Your engine looks very clean.  Did you bead blast it to achieve the finish I see on the aluminum?

I disassmebled the engine and had the parts hot tanked. I also had the shop check the cylinder barrels for round and taper. All they did was hone them after that to receive the new piston rings as the car has low milage and the cylinders were in perfect shape. The finish on the engine is VHT high temp universal aluminum paint. I painted the parts then cured the paint in an oven at low heat to "set" the paint.
BTW I'm missing one valve cover bolt and washer, Anyone want to sell me a couple of those?
