5/8" wheel cylinders vs. 11/16" wheel cylinders?

Hello,
I have a 72 AZ 600 coupe with a leaky rear wheel cylinder on the passenger side. The leaky one is a 5/8" piston, but I have brand new left and right cylinders in bags, only trouble is that they are 11/16" pistons on those new ones. Are these interchangeable as long as I swap them out as a pair, both drivers and pasengers side?
