Another quick tire question: I see that the Yokohama A008 165 70r10 is still available (at $100+ each). Also, I see on the Yokohama site that the 165 70r10 is recommended for a 4.5 to 5.5 width rim. Does anyone have those mounted on a stock 600 rim? The stock rims appear to me to be only about 3.5 inches wide. My guess is that wider aftermarket rims are required for the Yokohamas. (Sorry if I'm asking an old question, guys.)
Just looking to the future when my new Falkens eventually wear out...
Thanks - Richard

(It appears that a previous owner must have had a fair amount of negative camber set in during a front-end alignment, resulting in excessive wear on the inside tire treads. I'll need to readjust the camber setting as well!)

There is also a 145s10 radial Firestone Tire in the planning stages and it will be available the first part of next year for $79.00 plus shipping. Coker Tire can be reached at XXX-XXX-XXXX. They travel to several automotive events around the country and can deliver your purchases to that event site for less than the normal shipping cost. I was quoted $10.00 per tire to Springfield, Ohio on pre-paid orders. Maybe more, maybe les for other parts of the country.
