Flywheel Puller Bolt

I am having another 50 special flywheel pullers made. They should be similar to my last ones 1" steel hex stock with correct threading. Will probably sell for around $20.oo ea. I sold the last bunch for $15ea with free postage but these are costing me 3 times more. $20 seems fair these days for a specialty item. ?
Also having sedan shift knobs made if there is any interest? Will be made of black acetal plastic (Delrin) on a CNC lathe so all will be identical to original except without the seam.

I will buy a flywheel puller also, hopefully I won't need it for a long time!
What else do we need to made, sometimes I get slow at the shop and need CNC work....

Steel away ! Actually the last ones were alum with steel inserts. 1/4" pin instead of 6mm. It cost me $1500 to make 30 pcs and they werent even complete. I had to make a plate to go in my 5C indexing head so I could add the oil grooves. I sold them for about cost so I could get a few for myself and it took 3 years to sell them all.
The originals were steel but I thought they were too heavy. Others say they worked fine.

Hi Miles, I remember emailing you about these a couple years ago. My oil pump piston was in very good shape, so I never looked into making them. Miles, I am sure everyone that got your parts were very happy you spent the time and money to produce them. As you know, making a small run of parts is never a money making deal. Anybody that makes parts for a Honda 600 is doing it to help themselves and a few other owners.
Very rare cars like we have are not cheap to restore and maintain.
So, how many Honda 600's owners need new oil pump pistons?

It's not the piston that has a problem. the big end of the rod becomes out of round and the eccentric lobe wears down. That's why I made 10 matched sets. The machinist turned down the primary driven hub and made the rod to match.
