Cooling Fan Housing Cushion Collars

I was looking to get a Cooling Fan Housing Bushing Set from Honda 600 (Bruce Whitting). Can anyone tell me the length of the (4)collars(19625-551-300) I need to use. My car has a hard mounting stuffed with rubber bits. No collars and hose for cushions.

I measured a couple of mine, the length is 39.35mm, OD 10.1mm, ID 7.3mm.
