very lite of the 4 ofered Car Quest gas #801024 made by gabril for

Thanks,chris,thanks for that info,do they look like the stock
shocks? I'm wondering about any interferance problems at the top.
How about the I.D. of the top and bottom ? O-K? I think that's great
if they work well,I'll buy a set!

I dont know if they look like factory shocks. What i do know is they
dont ride like a truck. Bill said they would fit and do. I felt they
where a little short so I made myself a shock extension for the tops.
they fit well and dont rub anywhere.

Hi Chris;
Did the shocks fit well? The ones I recommended were from Sears and you
could remove a plastic cover that fit over the upper end. With that cover
removed there was no need to modify the body so it wouldn't hit. And, how
was the lower end, did the nut go on with out grinding away some of the
shock fitting?

Bill the shocks fit fine both top and bottom, no need to mod.
anything on the car. Yes I did toss the plastic sleve. I felt they
where just a bit short so I added a 2" extension to the top , the
ride is nice.
