Brake Servo - '72 z600 Coupe

Does anyone have (or know where I can get) Brake Servo rebuilding
parts? I particularly need the rear seal (the one that fits over the
shaft and fits inside the bore - closest to the vacuum chamber -
looks like a "wheel cylinder cup with a hole in it"). If I could
replace the other rubber parts, I'd like to do that as well. On
mine, the seal leaked (car sat for 16 years) and brake fluid got
into the vacuum area and as well as dried out within the cylinder,
pitting the current seal a bit.
Related question; the big rubber diaphragm-like part that creates
the rubber portion of the partition between the front and the rear
of the vacuum chamber on the servo has become unglued from the big
plate that mounts to the cylinder rod.. Also, mine doesn't seem like
it would want to lay flat against that partition disk - is it
supposed to be glued all the way around to make an airtight seal?
What kind of glue would you recommend? - the old glue looked like
some sort of Silicone (RTV or something close). If it is supposed to
lay flat, then I probably need one of those too.
(I know I can get a entire rebuilt assembly from a couple of sources
on this group, but I would like to save a few bucks and rebuild the
one I have - other than the rubber - it is in good shape...) ...

Hi Bill;
Look in the photo album section of the ANZ page, there is a fix for
your booster diaphragm. yes, use RTV works well. Most of the time you
just have to glue it in place. I had to use a couple of wire ties to hold
it down and then put it back to gather. Yes I left the wire ties where they
were.
