Hello Bill! I'm putting together a spare motor and the top end
castings,(head, cambox, and cylinder) are all from different rides of
the past! The trouble I'm having is the new 108 pitch chain acts
like it's too short! I can get the cam in the housing or box,but
even with tensioner removed,I can't get both cam bearings on. I
was "mock assembling" the top end to check cam timing marks to see
if I need a thin or thick cam box gasket, so the head bolts weren't
tightened, but I don't think it would make that much difference? Any
ideas? riceburner006
