I removed the clutch cable last night. This created some questions. I
had a difficult time sliding the cable out from between the fan
housing and the transmission. The rubber dust boot kept hanging up
and stoping the removal. Is there something I need to dissasemble in
order to get more clearence? Also, the only way I could see to
disconect the cable from the pedal was to drop the pedals off the
pivot point. Even with that, removing the pin was very difficult. Any
advice will be welcomed.
Thanks
Jim

Hi Jim;
The only better way to do it is to do it the way you did. It is a bit
tight under the fan. Short of removing the fan you did it right. And, yes,
it's not easy under the dash either. There are two types of cable. A
shorter type and the one you have. Either will work.
