The state of Illinois, where I used to live, also requires testing of
vehicles newer than 1968. I got my 72 N 600 around that silly law by
registering it as an antique, which is smog exempt there.
California has now moved the exemption up to the 1975 model year.

Look like the local laws require anything newer than 1968 to be
tested for
emissions.
Has anyone had problems passing emissions on their N or Z?
I was under the assumption I'd be exempt from the testing so it's
something I havn't given much consideration to until now.
