Strut Mount Needle Bearing

Took my coupe to the suspension shop today. The mechanic said there
was play in the bearing on the upper strut mounts. The Honda parts
manual shows this as #9 needle bearing on pages 6-22 & 6-23. Does
anyone know where I can get two of these bearings?
Related questions:
Does it sound like a typical problem with coupes (I didn't see any
other posts about it), or are other parts of the mount (bushings...)
more likely the problem?
Should I trust someone without experience on these cars (but with lots
of suspension experience) for this work, or could the lack of proper
tools/experience cause problems?
Also considering having the rear leaf springs rearched. Anyone have
experience/recommendations about that?

There is a needle thrust bearing sandwiched by two hardened
washers.They don't normally fail,unless your sruts are really
corroded.I use parts from worn out struts to repair mine. make sure
its the bearing and not the TOP rubber&steel mount. They tear near
the top.Since it involves alot of labor to replace the bearing,your
better off replacing the whole strut assembly with a good used one.

Thanks RB. There's almost no corrosion anywhere on the car. Guess
I'll have my suspension guy remove the struts for a better
inspection and look for tears in the mounts.
