I found it! I bought on eBay a twenty year old NTSC VHS copy of the (usually PAL format) Australian film "Malcolm" which among other things features a 5-minute-long scene with a "highly modified" Honda Coupe. I captured the scene and posted it to my site. With a broadband connection, you can either stream it or download it here...

It did the same thing to me - so I did a "right-click" and "save-as"
and copied the file to my pc.
Took about 6 minutes over DSL, but it worked once I got it.
