night i got he 12v 3w bulbs in.It would be nice if it was as brite as

Someone once reccommended using bulbs from the early civic. They said it fit, and a higher power bulb. Never tried it, you didn't hear this from me (unless it works).

Bruce has a point, but if I am driving at night, I am so engaged in keeping the (Big) cars away I hardly notice the lights on the dash. The nice thing about driving at night is that the lights say you are here (there) and it seems to be easier to navagate the freeways here in San Diego. What does help is a 132 db horn. It really makes a difference.
