hey Everyone. i have two mealy honda z600's parked in the back yard that i will be starting to work on come spring. as the high is supposed to make it UP TO "0" in Minnesota today, i cant really do anything with them right now but dream. But i do have a couple questions for some of You who have restored these things. Many years ago, i used to have an old corvette and i had heard something about using silicone brake fluid because it displaces moiture and prevents pitting in the brake cylinder walls. because many of these cars sit for a long time, is it worth using silicone brake fluid? (of course the system would have to be completely drained and placarded that it has silicone in it).Secondly, Ive looked at many restorations on the net and these cars look so nice when the engines are nice and bright and clean. Is there any spray on tarnish remover that works well to brighten the engine in the car? not for road grime, just to brighten the metal. Thanks,
