need a battery
need a battery
I just bought a coupe and of course it does not run. best thing about it is the original olive paint job suprisingly. Do you guys know what kind of battery I can put in it. Does anyone know where to find a back glass and what to do about split in "goggle" that goes around it.Plus Im guessin I need special points , condensor, air filter , oil filter ,etc. Can I get any of these items at local parts stores?I have heard of putting 10" golf cart tires or maybe riding lawn mower tires on them. Are they too wide?I need all the help I can get and unfortunately i think getting it started and running is going to take precedence over glass and other cosmetic stuff.thanx
Re: need a battery
Go to the Honda Dealer, they sell the type 51 battery that is the right one for your car. And it has HONDA on the side. Which is better than something like "Auto Zone". The last one I had lasted better than 6 years.

Montana Hondas on CL
This ad just came up on Craig's List in western Montana if anyone is interested. I'm NOT the seller (and don't even know who it is) so I can't tell you any more than what's in the ad. Hopefully someone in the group might like the look of these.
