Wondering if exhaust part B (long section connecting the snake shaped part to the muffler is anything more than a connector? Could i just fabricate this with a piece of tubing and a flaring tool / pipe expander?

My apologies. The part is Exhaust Silencer A. Long straight section. I should have double checked the manual.
