71 sedan needs rear shocks

Post by Shad Turner »

I'm prepping to drop the engine out of my 71 sedan. I'm wanting to put the rear wheels back on so I can roll it back once I lift the body up. What is a reasonable price for the shocks. I've seen them online for $90 a pair plus shipping.
Thank you,
Shad

I think Steve's 600 page has listed the compatible ones for a 600.  Just copy and paste the part number into google or amazon.
Otherwise Kevin K. Made reproduction ones he sells for 100$ a pair free shipping I think.   I have them in my Z.

Pepboys was able to order in two sets of the KYB for my two cars.   They would not match the price on line but they did knock $25 off so I walked out the door for $135 for 2 sets 4 shocks total. It only took them one day to get them.

Just looked at Steve's page again.
http://www.honda600coupe.com/Honda_600_ ... ility.html
If you click the link amazon still shows them for 29$ each free shipping.
Hope this helps.  I'm bored at the airport and have nothing else to do but look up info.
