nice carb renew product that gives your carb that OEM new look. These days I
use one of the dental root canal wire drills to open the passages and a can
of carb cleaner along with the stiff brush and compressed air.

Doesn't simple green oxidize aluminum? Or is it safe to use in the
ultrasonic?

The ultrasonic works great. When left in long enough old fuel and corrosion
solidified inside will be "shaken" loose and can be flushed out with
carburetor spray cleaner.
