Hi Honda heads! Help with tires for these 600s.

Thanks for letting me into the group! Caught up on most of the recent posts and have already picked up some great ideas. Just picked up a 72 z600, which needs a lot of work, but one thing at a time..
I need help sourcing some tires. I am aware that there are yokohama a008s that work with the stock 10" wheels, but they are just too pricey for me to buy and mount new. I have been quoted $550 to get them on and balanced at my local tire shop o.0 I was wondering if anyone has any recommendations on how to approach this? The ones that are on there are not at all salvageable. They melted onto the pavement where it was sitting for 10 years. Just have to get it rolling at the very least. Any help or advice would be great! Thanks!
