I ended up buying the Falkens that Eric pointed out were listed on ebay - thanks again, Eric!
Another quick tire question: I see that the Yokohama A008 165 70r10 is still available (at $100+ each). Also, I see on the Yokohama site that the 165 70r10 is recommended for a 4.5 to 5.5 width rim. Does anyone have those mounted on a stock 600 rim? The stock rims appear to me to be only about 3.5 inches wide. My guess is that wider aftermarket rims are required for the Yokohamas. (Sorry if I'm asking an old question, guys.)
Just looking to the future when my new Falkens eventually wear out...

You can see on pictures I listed in photo section. Black & Blue Z600. Yokohama on black z600 on stock rim. With Yokohama, it will not fit into spare tire compartment.

i have a set of the Yokohamas and Kumhos, each set on factory wheels. i can take a picture tomorrow for the comparison .  i personally like the look of the narrower tires though as it keeps the look more original.
they are both great looking and it will come to personal preference, mine just happens to be the Kumhos.

Thanks to all of you who responded to my tire questions!
I've gotten the new Falkens on my z600 now. Now I just need to get the front-end alignment done so the front tires will wear evenly. (As best as I can tell, the front wheels appear to have a slight negative camber, whereas the coupe service manual indicates that a 1-degree positive camber is required.)

I have a NOS crankshaft kit for sale, one of the few if not the last one around, also a rebuilt sedan engine, a nice sedan trunk latch and coupe hatch latch also. NOS Sedan trunk weather stripping and NOS side window weatherstripping for a Sedan. I made my sedan into a truck and I do not need the weatherstripping anymore.
