Steve, i had never heard of it before. i cant even rebuild an engine. I was at back to the 50s here in minnesota a couple of years before and there were a group of people standing around their cars swearing  they raised their mpg. Lyle had asked Blake and Bill if they had any ideas and wanted them to brainstorm. Sorry, will stick to just reading posts and not saying anything-usually gets me in trouble anyways

Well it's a great concept but it's also all very controversial.  Many people will say that the energy required to generate the HHO puts enough of a load on the car to negate the benefit of burning the HHO.
Conservation of energy and all that.  But there are folks out there that have posted positive results.  So who knows?  Not me, for sure.

Of course it's possible. I'm really good at calculating mileage on a road trip, and I got a little over 50mpg when I drove my newly acquired Z600 from Texas to Missouri. It's especially easy to keep track of your mileage when your gas tank is so small.
Low speed is key. Also driving characteristics make a big difference to. I let it slow down to about 30 or 35 while going up hills, and rarely go over 50. In fact, I usually keep the speed around 40 - 45. I know my car will go faster than that, but I prefer longevity and high mileage over getting there quicker.
I'm studying to be a high school Physics instructor one day. I can easily show you how the amount of energy of a moving object increases with the square of the velocity.
(Kinetic Energy = Mass times Velocity Squared) I'm curious: What kind of mileage do most people expect from a honda 600?? And how fast do you usually drive it?
Here's a copy from wikipedia about the Honda 360:
""As with all cars in the Kei class, the Z360's specifications were tightly governed. The Z360 features an air-cooled, 354-cc, 2-cylinder engine with a 4- or 5-speed transmission driving the front wheels. The Z600 model's 598-cc engine was rated at 36 hp (26 kW). The 354-cc version was available in Australia. One car magazine recording 136 mpg-imp (2.08 L/100 km; 113 mpg-US) when they didn't exceed 30 mph (48 km/h),[1] which came at almost the perfect time with a gasoline shortage looming."" 113mpg??!! That would be awesome! If only we could convince the government to lower the minimum speed requirement on most United States Interstate Highways from 40mph to about 25mph. Then I could drive from Los Angeles to New York City on about 75 dollars in a Honda 360. Although it would literally take me about 9 - 10 days to get there. ha ha ha.
