I have had my hondas for last 20 years. When I started into them most
dealers in Kansas City didn't even work on them any more. I did buy
the inventory from one dealer and all shop tools that were for the
600 cars. Most dealers have either moved locations or have changed
hands and all the old parts were written off and pitched. I help do
inventory for one that I alway bought from and then turned around and
bought the old 600 parts that they deemed not worth stocking. They
had a real assortment of items. I havn't worked with my cars for last
15 years and started getting back into them about a year ago. I have
forgotten what all I have hidden away but I knew that I didn't have a
brand new gasket set.

hello

Post by volksbarn »

Hi I just purchased an N600 about a week ago.
its in pretty bad shape rust wise, but have already gotten all
my body work quotes so its going to be just fine.
however, i need parts, and occasionally the "its gonna be fine, you really didnt screw it up THAT bad". for now i am in desperate need of weatherstripping, wether new or used, in useable condition. being that mine all fell off in a cloud of carbon dust. well some broke off in pieces. but its all shot. the guy who sold me the car told me to try out here first, and so, here i am!
its also nice to meet some other people with this little thing. its one of the more interesting cars ive owned in a while.
thank you all,
Erik

Erik, Welcome to the club.  The weatherstripping is a question often asked in this forum.  It would be best if you read the archive of messages first.  This was covered less than two weeks ago.  That said, go to the groups page, click on messages, then search on weatherstripping.
