There really wasn't a class for 600cc cars in Japan in the early 70s, the 360 class got a special rate, lower taxes, cheaper registration, etc.
In the same book, I came across an N360 that had a Z360-type front end, it must have been maunfactured after 1972 in Japan, though I don't remember them. 2 stroke 360cc cars were really popular, I think Honda was the only one that make a 4 stroke engine in that class.

From what I've found fixers can be found for $2000-$4000, and nice restored ones are available for $8000-$14,000.
