To whom it may concern:
Our church holds an annual Transportation Sunday Parade. This multi-
modal parade will feature creative and innovation concepts of
transportation as well as the fabulous classic modes. I am writing
this letter to see if your club would be available to join us for
this special occasion.
The parade lasts approximately 45 minutes to an hour. This year's
parade will be held on Sunday, October 3, and will begin promptly at
10:00 a.m. The parade route goes through the neighborhood around our
church at 941 Clyde Avenue in Santa Clara. All participants need to
be at the starting point no later than 9:30 a.m. The starting
location is in front of Montague
Elementary School at 750 Laurie Avenue in Santa Clara.
I hope you will be able to join us for this occasion. We would like
to accommodate all the participants joining us with this event.
