For sure it is the coupe in the game except for the
dual mirrors on the fenders. Here is a pic.

Actually, dual mirrors on fenders is how they were sold in Japan.  Besides, all those car kits can't be wrong.
The reason they're on the fenders was a requirement to see the rear views with the wipers on.

Honda Life

My Honda Life looked like the red one in the pictures. The front
bumper followed the contour of the front body, it had the same fender
mirrors, same license plate area, and push button lock on the hatch
back. I guess you could race a Life, but mine was so slow it wouldn't
get out of it's own way, it had 3 speed fully automatic trans.
