removing fenders on coupe

how do you remove fenders on 600 coupe? i removed every single bolts
except for one under the grill on top of the hood.
the one circled green, how do i remove that? and the one circled in
red thats where the bolt i need to remove for the fender but i cant
reach in their.

That grill comes off! Take a close look. Take the wiper linkage nuts
off first. riceburner006

Kind of hard to tell for the fender when the picture shows a carb.
