cracked

My hatch has developed a crack. Damn!
It starts on the outside and stops just after the first turn. It has not yet reached the surface that approaches the glass. I want to prevent it from getting bigger. Is there a preferred product - glue, epoxy, something - hopefully black in color - that I can squeeze into the crack from the back, that would stop it from growing, and not be too noticeable from "10 feet"?

I am looking for a hatch for my 71 600 coupe. The hole hatch and the latch that bolts on inside. Can any body help?

You could take it to a motorcycle shop that does Plastic Welding and
get it fixed. I have done alot of plastic welding with a soldering
gun, but it is not strong when I do it, I don't have the proper
welding rods and it stinks really bad !
They do plastic welding alot of the fairings and sidecovers.

The best way to get it fixed is find a good, scratch that, a great body shop and have them fix it. I did all of the above, even fiberglass in a V with webbing over the top and nothing held. The body shop guy (professional) did the trick. Then I had it painted with SEM trim black. Looks like new and no cracks, for better than a year now.
