I bought a pair of old Bridgestone snow tires years ago from a guy who had sold his 600 already. Two for $5 ! Three months later it dawned on me that I'd never drive my 600 in the snow. (I live in Nebraska.) It cost $2 to recycle
them at the tire store. $7 for the experience.
I've got the Kumho Power Star Radials on my car. They are good tires for the price.

Re: Miles, old snow tires
I have the Kumho Power Star radials and they are not going to last even 1000 miles on my car. The rear tires look good but the fronts are already almost gone. I guess the front-end is really messed up!
