Registration

I am having Problems registering my 600 in Oregon. DMV cannot find the
VIN number in their records. They do not know if it was registered as
a car or a cycle, since I have never had it licensed(got Engine as a
Basket Case) and the body from a junk yard for 50 bucks. The Title had
been sent in as a crusher car. Can anyone enlighten Me?

Looks like you have a few choices.   You can declare your vehicle as a reconstructed vehicle, a salvaged vehicle, or an assembled vehicle.   Since your car body was obtained from a junk yard where the title was sent to DMV and the vehicle was declared salvage, you may want to declare it as an assembled vehicle.  Go to this link; http://www.oregon.gov/ODOT/DMV/vehicle/titlereg.shtml
