Ross,
The coupe parts catalog shows this on page 1-13 as item # 19 (part 90054-568-670) as "bolt, stud, 8x40".  I would try calling your Honda dealer and ask for the part number.  You may get lucky.  Tell them to check "the vintage warehouse" if they cannot find it at first.
