Rotor Pull off
In this respect we have to say the "M" word or you people will drive (or not drive) you're self's crazy. I have to get my bucket o bolts, pull some old Honda swing arm / axel whatever bolt, put it in the rotor hit it with the air gun or if the motor is in the car, lock the wrench up on the frame and hit the starter Rotor Off!
If you must have a tool, an official one go to any motorcycle shop ask to see the K & L book turn to page 100 try # 35-5944 LIST is $6.80 Me I still do not have one of those I got the bucket o bolts.
If you want it to come off a little smother heat the center of the rotor lightly with a propane torch this expands the molecules, No air tool tighten as much as you can with car in 1st. hand brake on tighten some more than hit the bolt straight on the head with a hammer NO ANGLE ( yes that is a little hard not a whole lot o room)

Thanks for the info about K & L. I downloaded the catalog and looked at it ...... lots of good stuff.
I took a look at my rotor removal bolt and it measures out at 23.77mm dia and 1.5mm pitch. In the K & L
catalog 2009 (pg 101) they do a 24mm, 1.5mm pitch removal tool with part number 35-4266. I think this tool may work if the threaded portion is long enough (my removal tool is 27mm long).

You are correct, the tool needs to be the full length. But, that does not mean a spacer (washer) or two could be put in front of the end and then use the K&L tool. However the washer needs to be the full diameter of the pullers end.
I don't know about the bumping of the starter and all that, as he said, not something you want to try at home. I have always used an impact wrench after putting the tool in as tight as I can. They all come off.

Hi Bill
If I grab a short bolt i stick on of the many extra 1/4 sockets
i have in a can and put the good size one in the rotor it kinda helps spin the bolt and protect the crank. I would think the real tool has
point to center it in the crank, so the socket kinda makes a cup for the bolt to fit into
