Looking for a vintage Honda shop in Southern California

Post by SArya2000 »

Hello everyone! I am purchasing a 1964 S600 and was curious if you know of any reputable shops in Southern California that you would take your early model Hondas too.
Let me know, I would be grateful!

I was by his shop a couple months ago, he said that his Honda business has really slowed down, so he could most likely get you right in. He does excellent work, rebuilt both of my 600 engines and they ran like tops! Always slowing down and falling over. Just kidding, he will treat you right, and stands behind his work. He is in AZUSA.

Hey guys thank you so much for the update! I was calling around small Honda/Acura shops around SoCal and most didn't even know about the 600 series cars...scary! Glad to hear there's a local we can talk to. Appreciate the heads up guys, let me know if you know of any other places in Southern California for 600 series cars.

Sid is looking for S 600 help for his 1964. He's already in my Just-S Group and my Facebook Group. Getting S help these days is difficult.

I was fortunate to get in touch with Tim Mings, who said that worst come to worst he could help me with my car. Luckily he mentioned some of the names that seem very big in this community...Miles and Don Laughton were mentioned. Thanks Miles for the update, and I did get in contact with Don who says he would be willing to come down to my house in Newport to take a look and create a plan of attack.
Really appreciate your help guys, if there are others in Southern California I would love to network and get in contact!
