carburetor part

I'm new to this site, but anyone can help me out It's greatly appreciated. I need to know if the Carburetor on a N600 coupe requires a gasket(s). If so were can I purchase the kit or gasket. Also can anyone tell me why my Honda is throwing so much smog, I replaced the gas and oil, but I still have the same problem. Thanks.
