71 z 600 coupe

rebuilding some motors for 3- 71 z600 coupes I need complete gasket sets x2 please help

Make sure u check the block When rebuilding to see if you need the O-rings between the cylinder block and crankcase.  Some early models need the 2 o rings or it will leak oil.

As I recall, The problem is a pair of of holes at the rear of cylinder assy, it is not a problem with the upper crankcase. If the holes are chambered you will need the O-rings  if the surface around the  holes is flat, you're good to go   I believe the problems were that the O-rings were easy to position so they would distort and/or shrink from repeated heating  best wishes Don B. Yes exactly, that is what I am speaking of.  My last engine leaked very bad and when I rebuilt it I changed over to the newer style and have had no leaks anywhere so far.
If you need o rings I think Bruce sells them on his website.  Otherwise maybe mike o or miles might be able to point you in the right direction.
