You can now buy DOT certified 12 volt LED 7" sealed beams from Big Rig truck shops and motorcycle and Jeep retailers for $ 300-400 each. I created this custom H-4 bulb based 7" hybrid halogen / LED that is bright as day, and uses a ultra bright 7.5 watt LED city light for about $ 55 dollars each. I can't wait to see how well they work at night. A lot of microcars utilize the 7" round sealed beam but do not have the system capacity to run dual 55 watt halogens or even 35 watt HID's , this might be a great low wattage option. So far LED replacement H-4 headlight bulbs have not been invented yet. In this video I stated the Jtec 7.5 watt push in LED's were 17 dollars each, they are actually 17 dollars for a set of two. They are so bright I ordered another set for another car.
