question about intake o-ring

Is the intake a ring special or can I use a universal o-ring

The o-ring should be made of a material which does not deteriorate in the presence of gasoline and alcohol.  It needs to be able to withstand the temperature of the engine at the intake.  Nitrile o-rings are a common choice.
