    The front brake disks are the same for both the Sedan (N 600) and Coupe (Z600) part number 45251-568-600.  Unless your disks are grooved or thin from over cutting I have had good results from smoothing them out with 80 grit disc grinder.  Normally just to remove the rust from them lying around.  Also most large brake shops have the capability of putting new pads onto your old brake pads and often using a better quality material.

I have a set. They are still in the driveshart, knuckle, lower arm, hub, rotor, and caliper assembly. I would like to sell the whole assemblies for $100 each or $25 each for the rotors. I have attached some photos. The prices are plus shipping.

Astronomical is a relative term. Unless you have experience in sourcing and manufacturing parts it may seem like a great deal of money. I've invested many thousands of dollars in providing quality parts for these cars. My profit margin is very small on these rotors so that owners of these cars can have new rotors if they choose. I have also changed suppliers and will be reducing the price in accordance with my reduced costs. Expect to see this with the next website update in the next few days.
Honda made these rotors very close to minimum thickness as new. Add wear and rust from sitting for years and you most likely will find them too thin to safely use. Ask Ray Cave about it if you doubt my word. Also consider the cost of shipping. They are on the heavy side especially with other parts attached like hubs, knuckles and calipers! Our rotors have shipping included.
