Engine sagging

Cant figure it out. I changed the rear and two front engine mounts but my engine/K member is not centered making my car shake and shifting tough. My shifting input shaft is to low riding on the body of the car. Anybody experience this? Need to bring engine up.

Is this something which used to be ok before you changed the engine mounts?  When you say engine mounts,  do you mean the rubber cushions which go between the engine subframe (what the engine is mounted on) and the car?
Looking at the parts manual for the Z600 & N600,  I notice the part numbers are different for the subframes of the sedan and coupe.  Maybe you have a sedan subframe on your coupe.

Or maybe the subframe bolts were left loose? The 4 that support the cradle?

From what you are saying it is probably the rear centre engine mount has collapsed allowing the engine to move up and down on acceleration/deceleration this causes the gear lever shaft to rub against the bulkhead making gear changes difficult it also causes the cooling fan shroud to rub against the steering rack mount try driving backwards to determine if this is the problem as the reaction of the engine ( all actions have equal and opposite reactions) is reversed so the mount moves upwards instead of downwards ( compression  instead of
tension)
