Quarter Window Bolt Removal Coupe

Anyone have advice on how to remove the quarter window screw/nut on the 600 coupe?  The nut simply spins.  The chrome is good on the nuts, so I dont want to damage them.

Push a knife under the screw head and then turn it.  It may catch and be backed out.
