My 600 history

Ok guys are you ready to sit down for a while and listen to my
history with the Honda 600?
Well here it goes. I have always been a Honda lover. My first car was
a 1978 Honda Civic 1200 Hatchback. Me and that little car went
through a lot togeather. I had restored the entire car except for a
few little horsepower boosts. I loved the car so much that I began
buying the when I could and fixing them up. I liked to fix them and
then I'd sell them off for a few hundred dollars proffit to my pocket.
Well one day about ten years ago, I spoted a very interesting looking
small car. This little car was just rotting in this woman's driveway.
So I offered to buy it from her for $300.00. I had no idea that it
was a Honda till she gave me the keys. I couldn't believe my eyes.
This little car was the smallest, neatest Honda that I had ever seen.
I imediately fel in love with the thing. It was a brown 1972 N600
sedan, with mag wheels.
I'd had the car for maybe three weeks. I had not even gotten the
title changed to my name, when it was stolen. Apparently, according
to the neighbors, four guys picked it up and put it in the back of a
full sized pick-up truck. I was heart broken.
I had then since been looking for another 600. Well I recently found
one. The poor thing was left to rot in some guys storage yard. The
car has almost no dents and no rust. With a good wax job the
orriginal paint would probably shine again. The interior, however, is
another story. All of the seats have been removed. The seats are
badly torn. They are all there but look prety shabby. The engine on
the other hand is compleetely in tact minus a few screws and bolts.
The windows are all fine but the rubber is shot on all of them.
My plans are to do a custom restoration job. I want to maintain a
mostly stock car, but a few things I plan to upgrade. Like the
interior. I want cloth seats and door pannels.
Well that's about it. I finaly found the car that made me a Honda
Fanatic, and my one true "DREAM CAR"/"SHOW CAR".

what bastards!
Any way cloth seats is not such a bad idea.
