Hi J;
I had a similar hood problem, the catch bolt came loose from the front of
the Hood, it just dropped off and stayed with the catch. I was lucky not to
have been moving to fast when it happened. The issue here is that back in
the early 70's Honda had a check list of bolts, wires, parts in general that
were supposed to be checked at least annually. The shop manuals go over
some of these but not on a list. Dealerships had their own forms made up to
capture many of these points. Does any one have a copy they might share?
