I am having some problems with the carb on my 72 AZ600. The car will
start and run for a few minutes but then it will die. The jet will
spray fuel sometimes but once the engine is warm it will not spray
when the accelerator is pressed. I have pumped the tank and put new
gas in. Then put a new fuel filter and verified the fuel pump was
working. I have cleaned the carb by taking it apart and soaking. Its
still not spraying fuel once the engine is warm. Has anyone had a
similar problem??? Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Carb help needed
Re: Carb help needed
Is the electric fuel shutoff solenoid working properly? It is located on the side of the carb with the electric wire going to it. When 12 volts is applied, the plunger will retract into the body of the solenoid. When the engine warms up and the carb seems to malfunction, check if the solenoid is still working.
good luck,
